Production of custom pieces can take up to 7-10 business days before shipment. Every order agrees to the return and refund policy. Also agrees to potential production and shipping delays due to the Important Shop Notice. 

Because this item is custom made specifically for you, all sales are final and no refunds or cancellations can be accepted once production begins.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it.

To qualify for a replacement:

• Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide photos of the damage and packaging so we can process the replacement.
