Order & Shipping Policy

Production of Pre-Designed pieces can take up to 5-7 business days before shipment. Every order agrees to the return and refund policy. Also agrees to potential production and shipping delays due to the Important Shop Notice. 

Refunds are accepted for pre-designed pieces up to 30 days. Money will be refunded once the product has arrived and been inspected for damage. If damaged, money will not be returned.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it.

To qualify for a replacement:

• Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the damage and arrange a replacement.
